Join us as we kick off Arizona Wilderness' 13th Anniversary with an intimate evening celebrating the artistry of our Woodnotes Cellar Program.
This thoughtfully curated beer dinner features three exceptional beers, each paired with a chef-crafted course designed to highlight the complexity and character of every pour. Enjoy an evening of incredible food, rare beers, and live music as we celebrate thirteen years of Arizona Wilderness.

First Course:
For Here Is Rest
Charcuterie board featuring whipped goat cheese, seasonal fruit, house preserves, honey, olives, and artisan accompaniments.
Second Course:
Sycamore Oud Bruin
Medium-rare duck breast with beer jus, celery purée, roasted fig, and seasonal vegetables.
Third Course:
For Here Is Rest – Cherry & Strawberry
Mascarpone mousse with vanilla, chocolate, whipped cream, cherries, strawberries, and honey.
