WoodmenLife Northeast Senior Event 2026 - Burlington, VT

Please be sure to join us for a fun-filled weekend with your WoodmenLife family and friends. WoodmenLife members age 55+ and their guests from Matyland, Pennsylvania, New York and all of New England will meet in Burlington, VT August 21 - 23, 2026. Hotel Check-in and Event Registration will begin at 3:00pm at the Doubletree By Hilton Hotel Burlington, VT located at 870 Williston Rd, South Burlington, VT 05403, USA.

We will have games and prizes up for grabs as well as a meal Friday night at the hotel. Saturday we will start with breakfast at the hotel then have a day to explore in Burlington. That night we will meet at the Green Mountain Railroad for an evening meal aboard the Champlain Valley Dinner Train! Sunday we will check out from the hotel and then meet to set sail on a brunch cruise aboard the Spirit of Ethan Allen before we travel home. We are looking forward to spending the weekend with you all, so we hope you can join us!

Members pay $350, Non-Member Guest pay $450. Limited availability, first come/first served, one guest per member, pricing based on double occupancy, single member rate is $450 per member. Transportation to the event is not provided. Carpooling is suggested for the train and cruise due to parking expenses, which are not included in package.

Each attendee must be registered with their own unique information. If tickets sell out, please add your name to the waitlist. Each individual attendee will need to be added to the waitlist. If we are able to get more tickets, or if people cancel, we will contact the people on the waitlist in order.

Once you reserve your spot, you must send payment by check or money order made payable to WoodmenLife and mail to the WoodmenLife Northeast Region Office located at 112 Hollywood Dr, Ste. 101, Butler, PA 16001 no later than 7-1-26. Please indicate your name and guest's name on the check. Payment must be received by 7-15-26.
