🌳 Meeting Place - The Dam carpark outside the Lakeside Cafe for a walk around the dam ☕

🌲We may veer off into the woodland so please wear appropriate footwear... I may also sneak in a cheeky guided meditation if we can find a suitable location 🧘🏼‍♀️
🌲 Older children are welcome from the age of 10 upwards. As much as I love children, this is ideally an adult only session to give you the time and opportunity to connect with others, to learn & to grow 🪴
🌲Talking to wildlife & hugging trees is not discouraged 😉
✨ This is a JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE & open to everyone regardless of age, race, gender, religion or spiritual orientation
✨ The purpose of the group is bring likeminded people together so we can connect with & learn from each other, so please keep an open mind & your ego in check
