The Sacramento Valley Historical Railways is holding its annual Depot Yard Sale Fundraiser on Saturday, April 18 from 8 am to 2 pm. The sale will be held at the Woodland Train Depot, 1120 Lincoln Avenue (at the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Sixth Street across from the Woodland Police Station). Proceeds from the sale will go to restoring the cab of Southern Pacific steam locomotive 1233. If you are interested in helping with this fundraiser, we would appreciate having you volunteer your time to help set up and work at the event.
We can also use your generous donation of yard sale items in good shape which will allow us to continue our preservation efforts. (Please no clothing or large furniture items). Donations can be dropped off at the Woodland Train Depot:
Tuesday mornings from 9 am to 12 noon
Saturday mornings March 7 and April 4 from 9 am to 12 noon
