This is a great opportunity to build up a regular group. we''l be here every Wed in term time.
Activities will include -
Creating a woodland activity area in the woods next to Manselton Park - this will be our base for gathering, outdoor cooking and woodland skills and wellbeing activities.
Creating a woodland trail around the activity area.
Tree Planting
Litter Picking
Improving pathways
Installing benches at viewpoints around the site
Planting an orchard and orchard skills sessions with The Orchard Project.
Woodland wellbeing activities
Outdoor cooking
Every session will include a campfire and hot drinks - we'll also be doing lots of outdoor cooking. People are welcome to join for the social aspect and cooking/wellbeing. Taking part in the practical activities is optional.
