Woodland Sauna and Sound Bath Experience.

Join us for an evening of relaxation and calm as we are joined by Andi from 'Glo Sauna' to make this event quite special.
About this Event

Come join us at Stubbs Retreat for pure relaxation and rejuvenation with a sauna/ cold plunge followed by a Sound Bath in the cosy bell tent. Allow yourself to take a pause from day to day chores and responsibilities and to get away from it all to enjoy the cosy setting in the tranqil woodland.

During this unique woodland experience you will be lead through some relaxing breathing exercises to prepare for the sounds to follow. Immerse yourself with contrast therapy to calm the mind anf nervous system, then let the soothing sounds of various instruments including gongs, chimes and crystal singing pyramid. Let the vibrations wash over you, releasing tension and promoting a deep sense of calm. No experience necessary.

There will be herbal tea to finish.

Please wear comfortable clothes and come sauna ready as there are no changing facilities in the woods. Mats and blankets are provided for the sound bath but you may wish to bring your own. You may also wish to bring something to cover your eyes and water to drink afterwards too.

Please do your best to arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes early to get settled so the session can start promptly.

Please note - Whilst Sound Baths / Gong baths are suitable for most, it is not advised in the following situations:

• 1st trimester of pregnancy
• Anyone with a pacemaker
• Unsupported serious mental health condition
• Sound induced epilepsy

Please also inform us of any of the following:

• Metal implants
• Tinnitus
• Severe illness
• Recent surgery
