COMPANION Woodland Meditation & Sound Bath.
An afternoon immersed in nature.
A wander through the woodland,
a gentle sensory meditation surrounded by trees,
a soothing sound bath cocooned in your borrowed organic cotton cocoon,
and then back through the forest,
homeward bound, calm and grounded.
Spend an afternoon with us slowing down among the trees, softening into meditation, and settling into a COMPANION bivvy for a sound bath like no other. A chance to step away from everyday life, slow down, and simply spend some time being held by nature.
WHAT TO BRING?
Comfortable clothing with plenty of warm layers
A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
A sleeping bag makes for an extra cosy cocoon if you have one
A bottle of water is always a good idea
DETAILS:
We’ll meet at Wenallt Wood car park at 4pm.
We'll then wander together through the woodland to our designated nature spot, where you’ll be guided through a gentle sensory meditation, slowing down and connecting with the trees and the natural world around us.
Then it’s time to get cosy! Snuggle into one of our exclusive Companion Bivvy bags and settle down for a soothing outdoor sound bath, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the woodland, led by @tarasoundandmusic.
A chance to step away from everyday life, slow down and simply spend some time being held by nature.
Open to all - come solo or bring a companion.
Spaces are limited due to the number of bivvy bags available.

We want you to experience this magic, but we're also here simply to encourage more time in nature. We're running a series of Autumn events — incredibly unique experiences created in collaboration with wonderful wellness facilitators.
