Set amid rural Woodford with its picturesque scenery this event has something to suit all abilities.
It doesn't matter if you’re just starting your muti-sport journey or looking to smash a PB this course has something to challenge everybody.
Both bike and run are flat with a short, punchy hill on the bike, taking you into the rural suburb roads of Woodford, Wilmslow and Mottram St Andrew.
The Sprint starts at 9 am with the Super Sprint following at 10, so there will be a great atmosphere throughout the morning, with participants of all abilities present.
Our Super Sprint distance is perfect for a beginner or a race simulation training session, whereas the Sprints are ideal progression opportunities or a good sharpener for the more experienced athlete.
This event is also an ideal choice for the Triathlete looking for some post Season training. Practice transition and bike skills whilst getting some running miles in before the start of the season.
