Woodburning your Favorite Animal on a Wooden Ornament

Bring a photo of your pet, favorite animal, or really anything you'd like to wood burn into a wooden ornament. With artists on hand to help transfer your drawing and teach you some tips and tricks with a wood burner, this beginner friendly workshop is a great way to make a one of a kind handmade gift for yourself or someone you hopefully like just as much :-)
With 2 hours of working time some guests will have just enough time to burn their design and take it home to add any stain, or acrylic paint you'd like. For anyone with a bit of experience or for quick workers we will have colored acrylic paint available for attendees looking to add color to their creations.
About your Artist:
Patrice Poor is an artist working in a variety of mediums. She studied oil painting at Indiana University and Pennsylvania Academy of the Arts with a focus in portraiture. Shes more recently been working with pyrography and large scale paper mache.
About the Location: The coven studio is located in the heart of Old City in a below ground storefront. There are 10 steps down to get into the space, and our ceilings are not very high. Anyone over 6'4" will have watch their head until they have a seat. Any more questions about accessibility-please reach out!
