HOW DOES IT WORK?
● This outdoor event takes place every Wednesday May 21st - August 27th, 4-9PM at Rolling Ridge located at 31101 County Road 133 St. Joseph MN 56374. Event moves indoors during rain or excessive heat.
● If you are in a hurry, plan to arrive and order your food prior to 5:30 PM. It gets busiest between 5:30 and 6 PM and wait times can increase substantially during peak time. The self-service style of this event is meant to be relaxed and laid back. Do not expect traditional restaurant service or the full service that is customary during a wedding at Rolling Ridge.
● Carpooling is encouraged because many guests are single riders coming from work. Parking is located in the standard field parking lot and overflow area. If the lot is full, please feel free to park on the streets across from county road 133. DO NOT PARK ON CSAH 133.
● $5.00 Entrance fee is payable upon arrival / check-in at the front entrance. The fee helps us cover
the cost of hosting this event and helps maintain a sustainable guest count. Our wedding
couples receive complimentary entrance- be sure to notify the entrance attendant.
● Cash or Credit (ATM on site)
● Full bar service is available in the lounge. Specialty craft beers will be on tap on the patio between the lounge and the atrium.
● Food orders are placed in the atrium. We will text you at the number you give the cashier when you place your order. Please keep an eye on that phone for a text message. TIP: If you have a common name, have some fun and give the cashier a unique or funny name so you can be sure the order for pickup is yours. 🙂
● We prefer communication via [email protected] for questions and concerns.
VIP RESERVED TABLES
● We have a limited number of VIP tables available per week– so first come first serve!
● VIP Tables can be purchased here and are paid in advance. The VIP Table includes entrance fee,
food, beverages, and appetizers for up to 10 people!
● TIP: VIP tables are an excellent way to gather with a group of friends (or small office party) and have guaranteed seating- especially if you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM.
● Deadline for reserving a table is 12pm each Wednesday. CLICK HERE to book your VIP table online.

SEATING
Seating is first come, first serve.
● Please do not move the small square metal tables or large wooden community tables.
● Feel free to move the small and large round tables to accommodate your group because these
tables are removed at the end of the evening.
● We encourage you to bring your own blanket or comfortable lawn chairs to relax while you wait
for a table to open or when you leave your table for another guest.
● The music will move inside the barn for rains or excessive heat.
MUSIC / ENTERTAINMENT
● DJ entertainment by Digital Encore DJ will be provided from 4PM – 6PM
● Live Acoustic music will be playing from 6-9PM
● Live music will be located on the lawn, closer to the barn & patio.
● Be sure to register each week for our jewelry drawing. Each week we will be giving away a piece
of jewelry provided by JF Kruse Jewelers. No need to be present to win!
FOOD & BEVERAGE
● We promote a Self-Served Relaxed service style.
● Full bar service is available inside the Lone-Tree lounge. Thank you Bernicks for your beverage
sponsorship!
● Food orders are placed inside the garden atrium. You will be texted when your meal is ready for
pick up in the Atrium. Your pickup will be packaged in a box with all cutlery, napkins and
condiments placed inside the box for easy pickup.
● Pizzas are made to order in our wood-stone oven and are a large format personal sized pizza.
Order a few flavors to share or sample multiple flavors.
● TIP: Orders may not always come out in the order they are received because of custom order
requests. If the food order is placed and paid for by one person the likelihood of same-time
delivery improves.
● Appetizers, Salads, Street Tacos, and Gluten Free crusts are available.
TRASH / CLEANING
● Please dispose of your empty beverage containers in the trash or recycle before you leave.
●Stack your pizza box in the designated pizza recycle bin so we can recycle it instead of trashing it.
● Please let our team know if you would like a table to be wiped or sanitized. In addition, with the
added cardboard the waste receptacles can fill quickly. Please be patient and let us know if they
are full and we will empty them promptly.
WHAT ABOUT THE KIDS & FUR BABIES?
Wood Fired Wednesday is a live music event just for adults. We want everyone to be able to relax and enjoy a night away. The atmosphere isn’t intended for small children or pets, so call your favorite sitter and join us for the perfect summer night out. We do make exceptions for well behaved children and the children of our wedding couples.
● No Pets / Children (16+ age event)
● You are not allowed to bring your own food or beverages.
