Join us for a deeply restorative evening where ancient heat meets vibrational healing.

Your journey begins with 20 minutes in a wood-fired sauna (6:30 PM or 6:55 PM rotation). After your sauna session, you'll transition into the salt chamber for a 45-minute sound bath starting at 7:00 PM.

Inside the salt chamber, you'll be surrounded by Himalayan salt bricks while live instrumentation (singing bowls, gongs, and other healing frequencies) guides you into a meditative state. The combination of heat exposure followed by vibrational therapy creates a powerful reset for both body and mind.
