The experience includes:

125ml glass of Sparkling Wine (Brut Metodo Classico)

Generous choice of antipasti, featuring burrata, cured meats with aged pecorino, house pickled vegetables and chargrilled sourdough & focaccia

A wood-fired trio of 28-day aged rib of beef, Yorkshire herb-fed chicken and whole roast seabass stuffed with lemon and fennel. Seasonal Mediterranean accompaniments, including confit garlic potatoes, flame-charred vegetables and Sicilian caponata.
