Wonder Walks Quiet Reflection (Saturday)

Join a small group for a quiet walk together. I will help guide you to be present in our natural surroundings and be intentional in observing them. We will take pauses where you can share things you have noticed. And then we will return to long periods of quiet as we wander amongst trees and past hedgerows and streams. It can be beautiful to be with likeminded people who do not seek to fill the silence, but gradually relax into it. 

The walk is about 50 minutes and is slow with lots of stops. For those that would like a chat we'll head to the Tawny Owl for a cup of tea/coffee for half hour after the walk taking us to 11.30am.

Requests:

1. Phones away and on silent
2. No photos of other people in the group
3. No dogs or dependents. You will be switching off from all that depends on you to be fully present.
4. Please try to arrive on time, I will be there 5 minutes before start time wearing red hat
5. If you want to leave early just sign a thumbs up to me and head off, no problem
