Womxn's Sexuality Workshop From Discomfort to Delight

Dr. Harpreet Malla is a licensed clinical psychologist, sex therapist, and the current chair of Division 7 (Diversity & Social Justice) for the California Psychological Association. She has a strong passion for womxn's health and sexual health, especially since the "orgasm gap" literature tells us that men orgasm on average 46-52% more than their femme counterparts, and that 15% of women have never experienced an orgasm in their lifetime. In working with couples for over 10 years in her practice, Dr. Malla identified the most common barriers womxn and femmes tend to have in overcoming hang-ups, staying in their bodies, and actually receiving sexual pleasure. Dr. Malla is so passionate about making this information public that she decided to do exactly that, and FREE OF CHARGE.

*for those that are nervous/shy, this workshop is trauma-informed, and at an introductory level. You can opt-out of any exercises you wish, and the most involved paired exercise is at a PG-13 level.
