Winter invites us to slow down, soften and turn inward.
Gather with other women in a safe, supportive space to release what feels heavy, ground your energy and reconnect with self - no pressure, no expectations and no feeling the need to “fix”. Here you will just “be”
What to expect:
* A cozy gathering in a peaceful, nurturing space
*Grounding meditation, gentle energy and breathwork
* A small intentional interactive creative activity (vision boards, memory and/or intention jars, etc.)
* Relaxing music. Warm tea and a nurturing atmosphere.
*A lovely closing ceremony to leave you feeling grounded and supported.
*This experience is designed to be simple, soothing and meaningful no crafting skills or preparation needed. Come as you are with an open heart and an open mind. Just bring a yoga mat 🩷
