�Create, Reflect, Connect... Join us for a peaceful, hands-on journey into art, nature, and self-reflection, led by art therapist Heather and designed for women of all backgrounds

Each 90-minute session includes a nature-inspired art project, thoughtful reflection, and a supportive space to reconnect with yourself and others. Come for one or the full series, no art experience needed.
