Come and join us for a relaxed Walk & Talk along the beautiful Stourbridge Canal.
This is a chance to step away from the demands of everyday life, get some fresh air, move your body gently, and connect with other local women in a friendly and supportive space.

Whether you come along to chat, listen, or simply enjoy the walk, you are very welcome.
