WOMEN'S SWEAT LODGE
Sundance Sanctuary - 4/26/25, 4-7pm
Come sing, pray & connect with your ancient self through the a sacred non-traditional sweat lodge purification ceremony. Afterwards we will have a group integration around a sacred fire. This is a women's only experience with my Beloved Rob supporting us as our sacred fire keeper.
What is sweat lodge?
Sweat Lodge is a spiritual tradition practiced by indigenous peoples across the planet as a symbol of the womb of Mother Earth, of purification and rebirth. This lodge was constructed with local bamboo and natural blankets (no tarps or plastic). The "ancestor" stones are heated in the sacred fire and brought into the lodge where water is poured over them creating steam. Drums are played and prayers are sang with intention of honoring our ancestors, ourselves, and the past and future generations.
Who is pouring lodge?
My name is Sheena and I am Beloved to Rob, guardians of this land at Sundance Sanctuary. It is my honor to pour and pray for ourselves, for each other. and for every living thing calling in the highest and greatest good throughout all time and all space for all sentient life. It is my intention to share my deepest reverence and respect for all nations and all relations and by sharing in these indigenous traditions we serve to keep the spirit of these cultures alive that remind us of one innate connection with the Great Spirit.
Thank you to my Beloved Rob for the ways he teaches me the ways of the sweat lodge. With almost 4 years of sobriety from alcohol, I walk the Beauty Way sharing the frequency of Freedom from addiction and contribute the sweat lodge ceremonies to being powerful experiences for healing from personal, ancestral and collective trauma. As an astrologer, registered trauma informed yoga teacher, gene keys guide, master Reiki, commUnity builder, and ceremonialist it is both my highest excitement and my soul purpose to cultivate experiences where people can come home to the Truth of who they are. My intention is to create the space for the living soul of Love to help us shift into our highest timeline so we can feel happy, safe, peaceful and free and emit that frequency to inspire the same in others.

The Sundance Sanctuary is a sacred energy vortex of peace, quiet and unconditional love that exists in balance with nature located in Sundance, FL.
