The journey of facilitating Womens’ Sharing Circles in Copenhagen started 4 and a half years ago. It warms my heart when women connect with each other in person, online, at event venues, my own apartment or outdoors.
Attending WSC in Copenhagen from the time they were still a triangle, I deeply know that they have served me so much and so well and have helped me regain trust in women. I started facilitating with the intention to give back to the community and spread the word of sisterhood.

Whether you’re navigating the journey of aging yourself or reflecting on how to embrace it gracefully, this circle is for you!
How is this process for you?
What happens in your body as you grow?
What emotions does aging evoke?
How to age with grace and confidence?
We’ll explore your personal and societal views on aging and hopefully challenge the narrative that aging is something to be feared and resisted, and instead, see it as a time of resilience, self-reflection, and growth.

🟡 WHY COME TO THE WOMEN’S SHARING CIRCLE:
A women's sharing circle is about coming together with our authentic selves and powerful stories with no labels or judgment. We gather the many beautiful and unique faces of women to share our collective identity as a multi-dimensional sisterhood.
This is an opportunity to take off the titles of attentive mom, strong businesswoman, high-achieving student, dutiful wife, etc. And instead, discover who you are underneath it all.
You can expect your deepest expression to be fully heard, enjoy partner activities to expand your self-awareness, receive self-care/love tips to take home, shared group experiences that invoke sisterhood, and a more meaningful perspective on what it means to be a woman in today’s society.
