Every woman deserves to feel confident and prepared. 💜 In recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, join us for a hands-on Women’s Self-Defense Seminar where you’ll learn practical skills, develop the right mindset for personal safety, and hear from a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) about resources available for victims of sexual assault.For just $10, you’ll gain valuable knowledge, practical training, and 100% of proceeds will be donated to The Sanctuary to support victims in our community.
This seminar is open to women ages 13 and up and will cover:
• Victim potential assessment
• Developing the proper mindset for self-defense
• Confidence and attitude development
• Fundamental physical self-defense techniques
• Counters to common attacks
This is a hands-on course, and participants will practice techniques on pads and targets in a safe, structured environment. Our goal is for every participant to leave feeling more confident, aware, and prepared to handle situations that may arise.
⚠️ Participants under 18 must have parental approval to attend. A parent or guardian must sign the waiver/release form in the registration link or contact us prior to the seminar.
