Here’s how you can join our 12 WEEK WOMENS SELF-DEFENSE WORKSHOP ⤵️
1. direct message us “Defense Discussion” on Facebook
2. We will send you the invitation to our next defense discussion where you can meet the other amazing women in the program as well as us discussing the how and why our women’s self defense program is effective and a perfect fit for you. We believe you don’t need to fight to learn in order to learn how to fight. Your safety is at our top priority both on the mats and off the mats.
3. After you have completed our defense discussion we begin your journey!
Our 12 week women’s self-defense workshop! Consists of 45 minute classes on Tuesday and Thursday. Learning with other women in a SAFE, EFFECTIVE, and SUPPORTIVE environment. About 1 in 3 women are assaulted in the United States. How we bring that number down is by bringing awareness to our local community and sharing the resources we have with you.
On FEBRUARY 4th 2025 at 6:15 pm hosted at the Belknap mall, we are having our FREE 45 minute “DEFENSE DISCUSSION” where you learn the HOW and WHY our workshop is a great fit for you. We discuss the class by class outline so you know exactly what you’ll be learning each week. Feel free to invite a mom, partner, friend or family member to learn with aka your training buddy.
