We received many requests, and here is our fourth “WOMEN’S SELF-DEFENSE COURSE” on January 10th at 10 AM. The event will be held at 16 Beaver Brook #3 Rd.The Women's Self-Defense Course is designed to build a strong mindset and teach everyday tactics to individuals and families. You’ll learn simple, effective techniques that anyone can apply, regardless of previous experience.
