Women’s Self-Defense Clinic – Build Confidence, Awareness & Practical SkillsJoin us for a women’s self-defense clinic designed to help you feel more confident, prepared, and in control. No experience? No problem! This session is open to women ages 13 and up, and welcomes all athletic abilities.

✅ Effective Self-Defense Techniques – Simple, practical moves to escape dangerous situations
✅ Hands-on Training – Learn in a safe, supportive, and empowering environment
Led by Dana Dickeson, a former police officer and third-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, this curriculum has been successfully delivered to multiple groups, providing valuable skills for real-life situations.
