This women’s self-defence clinic is appropriate for women over the age of 14 years old. No experiences necessary. All athletic abilities are welcome.
During this clinic, you can expect to learn strategies and tactics to avoid dangerous situations as well as simple and practical techniques to escape when avoidance is impossible.
Led by former police officer and thirddegree Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt Dana Dickson this curriculum has been delivered to several groups with great success.
