Hello all, I am starting an adult gymnastics group in September.All ages and skill levels are welcome. Training can be customized to everyone's level and need.
It's for you if you like to:
- make friends and be active
- do team work
- want to gain fitness but you don't like going to the gym to lift weights
- work out your entire body gradually and evenly
- prefer a group class instead of working out by yourself
- learn new things
- stretch and condition at the same time
- dance or do gymnastics or both
- be part of inclusive and supportive environment with a great team spirit.
Includes:
?♀️ stretching (similar to yoga, but more active and focused on the body rather than the mind)
?strength (body weight only, most major muscle groups)
???? Musicality and dance (all genres)
?♀️acro (from small rolls, to tumbling, whatever one needs).
?props (skipping rope, hula hooping, ribbon dance, ball dribbling, and more)
Price is TBD. The bigger the group, the lesser the fee. We are just covering the costs, not looking to make a profit.
Program starts in October and ends in May.
There are opportunities to perform at local events (Garrison Market is a favorite of ours)
