Join us for an evening of practical self-defense, confidence building, and meaningful connection at our Women’s Self-Defense & Networking Night, co-hosted by GinaJohnson.co + Aikido New London County.
This is not a fear-based seminar or an intense “fight club” experience. It’s a welcoming and empowering space where women can learn simple, effective self-defense skills rooted in awareness, movement, healthy boundaries, and staying calm under pressure. No experience or athletic background is needed — this event is designed for every woman.
After class, stay and enjoy light refreshments, cheese, and networking with other local women in business, leadership, and the community. Come to learn, connect, laugh a little, and leave feeling stronger, more confident, and more supported.
Because sometimes the best self-defense starts with confidence, community, and knowing you don’t have to stand alone.
