This female-focused session is all about building awareness, learning to avoid dangerous situations, and understanding how to protect yourself using practical, real-world strategies.
What to Expect:
– Learn how to spot red flags and avoid confrontation
– Understand and choose personal safety products
– Set healthy boundaries and recognize psychological manipulation
– Get a demo of basic, effective techniques to break free from common grabs (like wrist pulls or chokes) - with no need for special gear or physical training
This class is focused on mindset, intuition, and awareness, not physical fitness. The moves at the end will be demonstrated by the instructor, but hands-on practice will be minimal and controlled.
