Women’s Qigong for Breast Health & Holistic Well-Being
Join us for a special evening of Qigong to support breast health and overall women’s wellness—mind, body, and spirit. Led by Kirsten Rietan of WNY Healing Energy, this workshop will guide you through gentle, flowing movements designed to promote balance, vitality, and self-care.
