Women’s Pilates Session - Deeplish Healthy Hearts

This session is part of Deeplish Healthy Hearts, a free 3-week community health and wellbeing programme taking place across Rochdale.

The session is designed to support movement, flexibility, and wellbeing in a welcoming and supportive environment for women and young women only.

The Pilates class will be led by a female instructor, and all equipment will be provided. Participants are kindly asked to bring their own water.

Participants under 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult or their guardian. The minimum age allowed to join the session is 12 years ol.

After the session, participants and community members are invited to join the Healthy Food Festival, where everyone can relax, connect, and enjoy nutritious food together. No registration is required for the food festival.

Info: Ticket includes:
- Registration for the Women’s Pilates session.
- Access to the Healthy Food Festival after the session (no registration needed for the festival).

- Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise.
- Arrive 10-15 minutes early for check-in.
