Join us at FORM Jiu Jitsu for a Women’s Open Mat on June 12th from 6:30–8:00 PM!
Open to all women and girls ages 13+ and welcoming all experience levels — whether it’s your first open mat or you’ve been training for years. All schools are invited to come train, roll, connect, and support one another in a positive environment.
