Not athletic? WHO CARES.

Never stepped foot on a mat? EVEN BETTER.

✨ THE DETAILS:
👑 Women and girls ages 13+! Younger girls may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
👕 Leggings and a T-shirt are perfectly fine to start! As our class grows, a gi will be required.
💰 Discounted memberships available for the first 10 ladies who sign up!
🗓️ Classes will continue EVERY SATURDAY!
🥋 BONUS MAT TIME!
9:30–10:00 AM: Optional women’s open mat.
10:00 AM: General open mat begins, and men will be present.
