Our women’s group “Girls in Gray" has been in existence since March 2023. This is a group for women to feel empowered, safe, & loved. 🩶
For who? All women ages 14 & up.
When: Monday, December 30
Time: 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
Where: Holiday Inn Rock Island, IL (down the first floor hall to the last room on the right)

What is "Girls in Gray"? A support group for those struggling with mental health issues (long-term, situational, episodic, chronic, etc.). Or for those looking for a supportive, loving community!
When is it? The last Tuesday of every month at 6:00 pm.
Where is it? The Holiday Inn in Rock Island, IL (first floor room, follow signage).
Why this? We have seen the recent statistics for women's mental health lately (especially teen girls).
We also have our monthly You Matter Series for all genders, so how is this different?
This group will not only focus on a community approach to support, but will have a licensed counselor on site and will involve community service projects and social events. We believe in women supporting women (even in their mental health journey). This will be an empowering, loving, vulnerable environment for all who need support.
