Five years ago, we opened the doors of the Be Your Own Healers community in San Francisco with a simple, profound prayer: to create a sacred sanctuary where women could remember their innate wisdom, align with the natural cycles of the Earth, and step into their power as self-healers. This autumn, as the seasonal veil thins and the veil between worlds grows permeable, we gather to celebrate our Women’s Medicine Fest: Witchy Edition.

We call upon the seers, Earth keepers, intuitive artists, and modern mystics of the Bay Area to join us under the canopy of Golden Gate Park for an afternoon of deep reverence. Together, we will honor five years of shared lineage, deep transformation, and collective sisterhood, anchored in the ancient medicine of our grandmothers and the wild feminine spirit.

Sacred Offerings & Journey

• Ancestral Grounding & Yoga: We begin by dropping out of the busyness of the mind and deep into the physical temple. Through slow, intentional yoga postures and grounding breathwork, we align our roots directly with the wisdom of the land beneath us.
• Vocal Reclamation & Voice Activation: The throat is the gateway of creation and truth. Guided through vocal toning and sound exercises, we clear ancestral blockages, release old fears of being heard, and activate the power of our sacred voice.
• Sacred Cacao Circle: Sitting in circle, we commune with the spirit of cacao. This ancient plant medicine gently opens the heart space, enhances intuitive perception, and connects us directly to the wisdom of the Earth and our ancestors.
• Intuitive Somatic Movement: Moving with the rhythm of raw, unfiltered freedom, we allow our bodies to shake off stored tension, release stored stories, and express the wild truth of the soul through conscious movement.
• Conscious Networking & Integration: We close our four-hour journey with open space to integrate, break bread, share medicine, and build genuine, long-lasting bonds of sisterhood and collaboration with fellow Bay Area practitioners.
