Speakers are being sought (ideas please) and a fab line up already starting.

Who is the event for?

Is this conference just for women? No, the conference is for anyone who wants to support women’s leadership, and to learn from from women in leadership roles. We actively encourage allies to attend.

Do you have to work for a protected landscape body? No. While a number of attendees will work for the formal protected landscape bodies, we expect as many delegates from those who work and volunteer in landscapes. Community groups, businesses and charities. A key theme of the conference is connection and we want to encourage unexpected and powerful collaborations.

Do you have to be in a senior leadership role? Not at all. A significant number of delegates will indeed be CEOs and directors, coming both to share their experience and to learn from colleagues at all stages of their career journey. But leadership comes in many forms and we are actively encouraging those at different points on their leadership journey to share their learning and bring their expertise to the event.

Will the event only benefit those who can attend? No we are specifically looking at multiple ways to engage with the conference content; including video, posters and graphic capturing of the event by the as ever fabulous Rebecca Osborne-Live Illustration / Animation

We are also using the event to test future models for the network; including the programme for future virtual events, local get-togethers, mentoring and keeping the conversations going digitally. To that end we have created a LinkedIn group and curated some content from previous events. If you have networks who may be interested in the conference - or in joining the LinkedIn group please connect us to them and them to us.
