Women’s Kickboxing at East Cloud Kungfu

Join us at East Cloud for our ongoing Women’s-Only Kickboxing class, led by the dynamic Coach Heba and co-led by Maestra Imari.

Coach Heba brings a fierce yet nurturing presence to every class. With years of experience in kickboxing, Capoeira, fitness and holistic mentorship, and now Sumo wrestling, she creates an environment where women of all backgrounds can feel strong, seen, and supported. Her teaching blends discipline with joy, challenge with care—offering a safe space to build power from the inside out.

Maestra Imari, founder of East Cloud Kungfu, is a lifelong martial artist with deep roots in Chinese martial arts—including Tai Chi, Qigong, and kickboxing—as well as Ashtanga yoga, and is a national silver medalist in Sumo wrestling.Known for her grounded, intuitive teaching style, she brings a sense of inner stillness, strength, and self-discovery to the space—helping each woman access her unique rhythm, power, and path.

Together, Coach Heba and Maestra Imari bring a fusion of strength and soul—creating a sanctuary where women can connect with their inner warrior. Their combined forces are rooted in a shared devotion to movement, empowerment, and sacred community. What they offer is more than a class—it is a vessel for healing, power, and transformation.

This space is for women to shed fear and expectation, to reconnect with their bodies, and to rise into their full, embodied strength. Here, women are honored in their wholeness—empowered to move freely, supported to grow in strength, spirit, and sisterhood. Their vision is to help women awaken and reclaim the inner warrior within—fierce, wise, and unshakable.

💜 Beginner friendly. No experience needed.
We welcome all women—especially those who may feel nervous or unsure. You’ll be encouraged to listen to your body, adapt as needed, and move at your own pace in a supportive, non-judgmental space.
