Dear Sisters,
We warmly invite you to join us for an afternoon of connection, exploration & liberation of the voice.
Through guided sounding, chanting, singing & deep listening — alongside the heart-opening medicine of Mama Cacao — we’ll create a gentle, supportive space to connect, explore, express, soften & remember the innate power of authentic expression.
The voice is so much more than an instrument for speaking or singing. It is a pathway into the body — a way to express, release, connect, feel, remember & be heard. When we give ourselves permission to sound freely, something deeper can begin to move.
There is no prior experience required.
Simply come as you are.
This gathering is open to all those who identify as women.
