Women’s Circle — January 2026

This circle is an intimate, heart-centered gathering for women who feel called to slow down, reconnect, and start the new lunar cycle with intention. Together, we will create a soft, sacred space where every woman is invited to be seen, heard, and witnessed.

Our evening will include:

• Guided meditation for grounding and stillness
• New moon intention setting through the lens of winter wisdom
• Journaling prompts to explore what wants to rest + what is quietly beginning
• Optional sharing + being witnessed
• A warm, supportive community of women

January's theme, The Wisdom of Wintering, draws inspiration from nature’s seasonal rest, such as the hibernation of animals, the stillness of bare trees, and the silent work happening beneath the frozen earth.

This circle is held at a private home near the Whole Foods on Hwy 55 in Cary, NC.
