Sarah Westwood. She has been holding drumming, chanting, sound bath and meditation experiences for over 30 years, bringing warmth, depth and grounded guidance to every circle.

Drumming is one of our most ancient and natural ways of coming home to ourselves, grounding, energising and deeply connecting. In this women’s circle, rhythm becomes a simple, supportive way to release tension, soothe the nervous system and reconnect with our natural vitality and with one another.
As we play together, the steady rhythm and shared sound invite the whole body to soften and awaken, easing anxiety, lifting energy and helping us feel more present and alive.
No musical experience is needed, we’ll find our rhythm together.
Expect simple, joyful beats, shared laughter and a beautiful sense of connection as we explore creativity and expression through rhythm.
