Women’s Circle: Heal & Transform in Community

Are you ready to break free from old patterns, heal childhood wounds, and create a life you love?

Join us for a 6-month in-person Women’s Circle—a safe, sacred space & supportive community of 8-10 women led by a certified trauma-informed life coach. Together, we’ll explore healing tools to help you reconnect with your inner strength, build self-worth, and embrace the life you deserve.

What You’ll Experience:

• Speak your truth in a supportive and non-judgmental space.
• Release deep-rooted wounds like neglect, abandonment, or trauma.
• Reconnect with your body through somatic practices and nervous system regulation.
• Cultivate mindfulness, inner child connection, and balance in masculine/feminine energies.
• Shift old patterns to embrace your authentic self and create a life you love.

• When: Meeting Twice a month, on Mondays starting Feb 3, 2025-Aug 3, 2025
• Time: 5:30pm
• Where: [in person/ NW OKC]
• Investment: $80 per month or pay in full upfront for the 6-month container [$440]
