Many of us were taught that rest must be earned.
That slowing down is lazy.
That pausing means falling behind.
This women’s circle is an invitation to gently unlearn that story.
We’ll begin with a grounding meditation, share reflection and conversation, and explore what it means to rest without guilt—especially in a season of life where our bodies and hearts are asking for something different.
Together we’ll create a small take-home reminder to anchor this permission beyond the circle, so rest doesn’t stay an idea, but becomes something you can return to.
Come as you are.
You don’t need to have anything figured out.
Your presence is enough.
