Join myself, Liz Fay from Fay’s Empathic & Divine Healing for a beautiful women’s circle.
*Come and sit with the spirit of cacao, as we start with an intention setting cacao ceremony to open our hearts to healing.
*Then we will flow into making a beautiful Chakapa or Shamans leaf rattle. Picking your own leaves and creating this sacred rattle will open your intuition and healing energies. This sacred sound tool is used to cleanse energies, balance chakras and promote spiritual wellbeing.
*Now it’s time to lay back and enjoy a reiki and prana infused sound bath. Let the sounds of the crystal bowls, indigenous drum, chimes and rain stick, relax you and let you release any negative and unwanted energies that no longer serve your highest good.
*Part ways feeling hopeful , refreshed, safe,relaxed and light.
