Management Series - Budgeting & Finance for New MHA Leaders

In collaboration with the Mental Health and Addictions Leadership, Human Resources Department, Quality Risk & Patient Safety , Health PEI Finance, Payroll Services, the management series will provide new leaders with the relevant knowledge, skills and tools to assist them to fulfill their leadership roles within Health PEI Mental Health and Addictions Services. The 5 sessions included in this series will be offered 3 times a year in the 1st, 3rd and 4th quarters covering topics related to:

1. Human Resource Responsibilities for New MHA Leaders

2. Budgeting & Finance for New MHA Leaders

3. Leadership for New MHA Leaders

4. Peoplesoft, Performance Development & Attendance Management for New MHA Leaders

5. Quality & Patient Safety Responsibilities for New MHA Leaders

These courses are open to those in leadership roles such as supervisors, managers and directors.
