Women’s Circle - Dancing under the New Moon Mini Retreat

Join me for this beautiful and uplifting, women only new moon mini retreat at Purusha Retreats where we will move, dance, meditate under the new moon.

This evening retreat will include somatic yoga, chakra dancing, sound healing, meditation togetherness and comforting nibbles.

Purusha is the perfect venue for this mid summer mini retreat where we can make use of all of its beautiful spaces.

Be surrounded in nature as we move and dance, either outside, under canvas or in the Kula dome, walk in the meadow, find a quiet spot to soak up the sounds and atmosphere of this stunning venue, be lulled into deep relaxation by the resonant sounds by Caroline Needham, enjoy tasty treats by Holly from Hollys Garden Kitchen and we’ll head to the dias to watch the sunset and gather around the fire pit for songs and sharing. The talented Sally-Anne Marler from The Creative You will be guiding us to open our hearts through song and sound.
