So many women give, hold, and support our families endlessly—often leading to feelings of being invisible or unappreciated. Over time, this can breed resentment and emotional distance... unless we learn how to do less and receive more. In this month’s Women’s Circle & Sound Healing event, Somatic Healing & Nervous System Coach, Rachel Zehden, will explore these relationship dynamics and how you can feel more supported without changing the people around you.
We’ll open the evening with a guided journaling practice to help you reflect on where you may be over-giving. From there, we’ll move into a group discussion and gentle somatic reflection before closing with a calming sound bath.
