Ladies! Join us to Punch with Purpose for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Learn basic boxing skills from a professional woman boxer & Hayward native, Coach Seta Vatuvei, at Osorio Training Center in downtown Hayward.
"Boxing doesn’t just train your body—it sharpens your mind. The rhythm, coordination, and intensity light up your brain, boost memory, and help fight off Alzheimer’s one punch at a time."
SPACE IS LIMITED! Please RSVP here or with Bernadette ([email protected]). A $10 donation to Team One Busy Bee for the Walk to End Alzheimer's will be required to reserve your spot!
Please arrive 15 minutes early to get situated, check in with Bernadette and start on time. Class is one hour. Parking may be found on the street, behind the center or or neighboring parking lots.
Optional after-workout specials and a chance to network will be available at the woman-owned Blue Crown Bar & Bistro benefiting #EndAlz to immediately follow at 1061 B Street, Hayward (4 min walk). Meet us there at 8:15 PM if you are unable to attend the boxing class.
