Sharing a Saturday lunchtime weekly fitness workshop for women and non-binary students to tune into your body and be in community. Whether you have athletic goals or injury prevention, from postpartum strength to aging-wellness (healthy joints, balance), we can design your empowered body.
Videos of the space and sample exercises that is the closest thing to swimming on land with its buoyancy and decompression. If you like yoga, swimming, or tai chi, these workouts will have those philsophies supporting your strength training with cable weights.
Register for a 4-week program designed for progress.
- Semi-private group training for Strength + Agility (2-4 students)
- Individualized Assessment + Program Goals (with Camaraderie)
- Mind-body strength, breathwork, Pilates equipment, balance & more!
Private 1-1 sessions for all bodies available.
