About this Event

Practice yoga in an intimate, cosy space with a community of fellow women.
This 75 minute, open-level class offers plenty of options so is suitable for women of all abilities including beginners. Not suitable during pregnancy.
Beginning and ending with gentle invitations to connect with our community, this combination of slow, flowing sequences and soft yin style shapes is intended to gently enliven your body, calm your mind, ground your nervous system, improve flexibility, balance and strength, aid relaxation and enhance your mind-body connection.


Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Blocks, blankets and eye pillows available to borrow.

If you don't have your own yoga mat, you can rent one for £3. Please add yoga mat hire to your booking upon checkout.


Please switch off and put away mobile phones during this class.
On-street parking available in the area. A downstairs toilet is available before and after the class.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Non-refundable. Transferable to another class with 8 hours notice. Latecomers will not be admitted.
