Join me for a women's circle that focuses on writing as method of reflection, inquiry and self-expression. This warm, friendly circle will focus on the themes of wintering and new beginnings. This will include unravelling spaces of in-between, delving into the insights of pause and considering the dichotomy between endings and beginnings.

While reflecting this time of year, this circle offers an invitation to bear witness to the stages of change. In doing so, it offers practices of introspection to bring clarity and decipher inner authenticity.

This circle is an invitation to bring self-care into your wintering, your writing and to reflect on the lessons within this season of life.
