A morning to put Christ first, buil relationships, and renew your mind, body, and spirit.

Do you love Jesus, worship music, women of the Bible, and a peaceful morning reset?

Join us for a beautiful morning of connection, sisterhood, worship, and gentle yoga as we come together to put Christ first, build relationships, and renew our mind, body, and spirit.

This event is designed to help you rest, relax, and refocus through inspirational worship music, deep breathing, and light stretching — followed by an encouraging Bible teaching on one of the most powerful women in Scripture.

🌿 WHAT TO EXPECT

🕗 Check-In: 8:00 AM

🕣 Event Begins: 8:30 AM

🕗Event Ends 10:00 AM

We will begin with:

🙏 Morning prayer

🎶 Worship songs & praise

Then we’ll roll out our mats, remove our shoes, and enjoy:

🧘‍♀️ 45 minutes of gentle yoga + deep breathing

🎻 Soft instrumental worship music (peaceful + calming)

After yoga we will transition into:

📖 Women of the Bible Teaching (20 minutes)

✨ June 13- First Featured Woman: ESTHER

✨ July 11- TBA

June 13- We will discuss Esther, Queen of Persia, and how one brave decision to follow God can impact an entire generation.
