Through practices such as meditation, journaling, and deep, heartfelt sharing, we will access inner wisdom to live more authentically in our Divine Feminine for personal empowerment.
Through deeper exploration, compassion and awareness, we cultivate self-awareness by gently engaging in shadow work while identifying belief systems, ancestral and social conditioning, and patterns that shape our triggers.
